Hourly Consulting

For defined projects, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, technical review, or short-term advisory needs.

Hourly consulting is best for clients who need targeted support without an ongoing monthly commitment. Work is billed at the applicable hourly rate based on scope, service area, and time required.

Minimum project activation: 5 hours

Monthly Retainers

For clients who need recurring access to technical, quality, analytics, or operational support.

Monthly retainers include a defined amount of support time for scheduled calls, email support, dashboard or report review, SOP or specification review, quality data review, and ongoing advisory support.

Retainers are capped by monthly support hours and do not include onsite work unless specifically scoped. Work beyond the included monthly support cap is billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Dedicated Onsite Support

For reserved in-person support, facility-based work, training, testing days, audits, production support, or embedded quality and operations support.

Dedicated onsite support is available for clients who require reserved consulting days, facility-based work, in-person testing, team training, production support, audits, or embedded quality and operations support.

Onsite engagements are scheduled in advance and billed as half-day, full-day, or multi-day blocks. Travel, lodging, meals, and related expenses are not included.
